Well, here we go. The GOP has just introduced a bill to effectively outlaw all pornography.
The bill dismantles the Supreme Court's Miller Test for obscenity, removing provisions that the content be patently offensive to community standards.

I don't want to be a broken record here, but the senate had an opportunity to try to force the GOP to negotiate on stuff like this, and they threw it away instantly, with absolutely no effort to apply leverage at all.

This paragraph is one of the dumbest things I've seen written by a Supreme Court justice. It's literally suggesting that a judge has no right to stop the executive branch from blatantly ignoring Congressionally ordered payments.
