So, given the discussion we had about cognitive fallacy, let's apply it to the Vice President's post on X. For me, I immediately call FALSE ANALOGY. Vance compares 3 situations to each other as if they are the same & they are NOT. The judicial branch does exist to check & balance the executive one.
