Modern Times Cafe in south Minneapolis is changing its name and its business model for as long as ICE remains in Minneapolis.

My go-to roast chicken recipe is from Melissa Clark cooking.nytimes.com/recipes/1017.... After using the meat for other recipes & sandwiches, I boil the carcass for broth.

the smosh potato is less of a recipe and more of a technique for getting a potato with a creamy center and cronchy edges
there are many ways to make these such as boiling and pan frying or roasting and deep frying but here is one that uses just one cookie sheet and a ziploc bag for minimal cleanup
