One big risk to the OBR forecasts has already materialised -migration is falling more quickly than their projections and that will hit growth and tax revenue.

@mrjamesob.bsky.social what the landlord in Wales describes is what’s happening in England. In Amber Valley, friend who is a tenant been asked to leave their property, fairly and reasonably, has been told by the housing dept at the council to sit tight and they’ll help her go down the legal route
