Keep up pressure on your MPs by writing to them, meeting with them and telling them the EHRC have got it wrong.

Why?

Because it’s working:

Any company that can replace a tariffed product with an American made is going to flourish. Can’t get tomatoes or avocados, twinkies and Ho-Hos are made in US bakeries and are the perfect replacement !!! Pay no attention to the price increase. They never go bad !
This deserves some good coverage: tariffs giving “cover” for other price hikes that are unrelated to trade.
The gas station I pass on my way to work has raised the price of breakfast sandwiches by like $1.50 in the last month. It's affecting things that aren't even imported

The inevitable consequence of Labour's desire that right wing voters no longer see any meaningful difference between it and Reform is that progressive voters will, also, no longer see any meaningful difference between it and Reform.

old great aunt prove her citizenship to vote in rural georgia, this definitely isn’t reminiscent of anything in the american past
🧵 There are a lot of misleading claims out there about the SAVE Act. Let me set the record straight: I voted for the SAVE Act for the simple reason that American elections are for Americans. Requiring proof of citizenship to register to vote is common sense.

What a load of absolute nonsense. No one is claiming that a publicly-owned service is ‘morally superior’ - they’re saying (rightly) that a private company has an inherent responsibility to deliver profit to shareholders. Inflammatory bile.

I cycle a lot but misogynist abuse on roads and anxieties about poor social safety on off-road routes (esp in the dark/on my own) mean that I am forced to drive some journeys that I should be able to easily cycle.

Those planning local cycle networks must build routes that are truly accessible.

Might be a good idea for Reform UK to work out what the job is before applying.

They are campaigning in Devon blaming Devon County Council for not collecting bins frequently.

They don’t collect bins, city and district councils do.
