We can end Citizen United at the state ballot box.

How to Get Rid of "Citizens United"
We can do away with it without a new Supreme Court. Nor do we need a constitutional amendment. There’s a far simpler way.

Agreed!
I’m sure I’m gonna get dragged for this, but I think AI is bad. AI has completely ruined Google search and it’s created a lot more slop that needs to be avoided on the Internet.

Must be so hard for her having PTSD about cancelled dinner plans. Far worse than losing your health insurance or being dragged out if your house by ICE in the middle of the night.

60 Minutes just reminded us that Putin is a war criminal and all I could think of while watching that is remembering how our president embraced him like a hero. It’s disgusting how far we have fallen.

A federal judge didn’t “steal” the Commander-in-Chief’s powers—she ruled that DoD exceeded the limits Congress set. That is the rule of law working as designed. What threatens the Republic isn’t judicial review, but officials who insist they’re above it.

If I’m understanding this correctly, X is owned by a white nationalist who pays poor people of color in developing countries to pretend to be working class white Americans to scare other white Americans into being afraid poor people of color from developing countries are going to ruin America?

Do it, HD!
Home Depot could implement a policy requiring ICE to present a judicial warrant before operating on its property. Businesses are fully within their rights to decide who is allowed on their premises.

If you’re a journalist who’s still on Twitter, from now on in your writing you have to replace “the American people want” with “troll bots in Eastern Europe demand”

Being there makes your judgment suspect. I don’t care how savvy you think you are, you’re marinating in a disinformation campaign.

Here's some very practical thinking about the whole whistle thing -- very well done:
Yesterday I tried to put everything I knew about whistles—where to get them, where to get instruction sheets, how to distro—into one place so you can build off it for your own community's whistle needs: dansinker.com/posts/2025-1...

In short: Even though the court ordered discovery based on the likelihood of vindictive and selective prosecution, we don't even need to get into it and you should dismiss the charges now given we just learned the DOJ lied to a judge about Costa Rica not accepting Mr. Abrego.
Kilmar Abrego Garcia's lawyers inform a federal judge about the Washington Post's bombshell: The government's claim that Costa Rica will no longer accept Abrego has been exposed as a lie.

More evidence—"if any were needed"—of vindictive prosecution.

My law firm is currently litigating 61 voting and election cases, including 12 redistricting cases. We have four cases in one stage or another before the Supreme Court.

These cases — and others like them —
will play a pivotal role in whether we have free and fair elections in 2026 and 2028.

King: According to Secretary Rubio, this plan is not the administration’s position — it is essentially the Russians’ wish list that is now being presented to the Europeans and to the Ukrainians.

Too late. Marco Rubio already spilled the truth. The so called peace plan was Russia’s wish list, not something the US drafted. He’s trying to walk it back but the damage is done.

He’s scrambling.

A reminder that Trump's "peace plan" for Ukraine came from Russia going back to 2016. From the Mueller Report:

Imagine what $5 billion could do to help to improve the lives of citizens rather than to enable them to hoard their wealth.
The 20 biggest political donors on the Forbes billionaires list have collectively given nearly $5 billion between 2015 and 2024.

We must get Big Money out of politics.

No one from either party should be able to buy an election.
