If the UK government under Labour came out in favour of rejoining EU’s single market then I would hold my nose and vote for them as I hate to see what Brexit has done and want it reversed ASAP.

Can’t remember budget ‘case studies’ ever being quite so funny. Especially in newspapers that recently anointed Liz Truss a fiscal genius.
Wow - this guy must be really, REALLY bad with money if an extra £208 per month will “ruin” his retirement.

Let’s take a look at his situation based on what he told the @Telegraph

Because this does NOT add up!

No, this is not a “poor pensioner” scrabbling around for pennies…

It sure would be good if Heath woke up one morning, went to his computer, opened a new document, and did not go on to wet and soil himself.

How on earth has Anglian Water been allowed to put up rates by 19% in one year. And that’s without forgetting the fiasco that hit my town a few months ago where most of the town had no water for over 24 hours. We’re being ripped off.

Disgusted by UK government. Cruel Labour Party to appease a few.

A few weeks ago I ditched Twitter. My timeline had become a dumping ground for some disgusting people and I couldn’t see accounts that shared the same values as me. The site is a toxic waste dump.

So hello Bluesky.

There is no way that Keir Starmer’s government is centre left. Another day of demonising those fleeing persecution to appease a minority who lack critical thinking and the ability to do a Google search.

I had hoped when voting Labour, they would improve things for the working person. Instead they play to a minority of xenophobes and racists who would never vote Labour. Immigration isn’t the issue, wealth inequality is!

It might be time to stop treating Farage as if he's some sort of special confidante of Trump. The human skid mark hasn't got a clue what's going on in the White House, as the Chagos situation demonstrated, or what on earth Trump will do next.

Been a good day today. From morning to evening, European leaders standing up, all around the world, one after another, and speaking clearly against the Trump/Putin agenda.
President of Finland Alexander Stubb speaking in Kyiv today:

▪️ It’s not Russia who decides on EU membership, its the European Union who does that
▪️ It’s not Russia that decides on NATO membership,it’s the alliance itself
▪️ It’s not Russia that decides on what Ukraine has by its border, when, where&how

Extraordinary story the Wall Street Journal.

That’s extortion.

There's a rumour that Nigel Farage is keeping his head down because he's off to a Trump cheerleading conference over the weekend.

I’m afraid I’m being proved right- Farage is far more interested in Trump's success than British security. He is a bootlicker and a plastic patriot.
