I don’t think anyone is prepared for what they just did w/ ICE.
This is not a simple budget increase. It is an explosion - making ICE bigger than the FBI, US Bureau of Prisons, DEA,& others combined.

this is the thing -- Trump's press conference (in which he insisted that the previous admin was to blame) just ended. the right time for Democrats to be on the air, including YouTube streams, countering his bullshit is right now. the next best time is about a minute from now.
If Democrats don't educate people on Trump's first week air safety recklessness, the vast majority of people will come away hearing only Republicans blaming DEI.

I haven't formulated in this way, but a core element missing from the college experience right now is playing music and public art. Musicians, video artists, poets: encourage your students to put on concerts in their dorms, make chapbooks, play music with their friends. For fun, not for class.
