I have to say: Chuck Schumer is a weak man and a fool. This was the one cudgel Dems had. Now it's up to the courts which we new from the beginning were at best going to slow some things down. There's 18 hours left to somehow bring additional pressure to bear. It will be really hard to do that.

That was the most shameful performance by any American president in a century.

Democrats in Congress: WHAT IS THE PLAN?

Going on Sunday shows and spewing consultant speak isn't going to cut it.

Twelve inspectors general fired and there's no sit-in? No filibuster? No direction to voters? And in fact, some of you are actually voting for Trump's agenda?

I said why I was fine with Biden’s pardon. Reaction among highly engaged Dems seems overwhelmingly supportive. This tweet, I think, helps explain why. The pardon taps into the almost unfathomably deep ocean of “fuck you” Dems are feeling toward the gatekeepers of political discourse in the country.

my case for Biden is incredibly simple:
-on policy, he has been far and away the most progressive, successful president of my life
-the only other option is a terrifying fascist, a monster who has already made several attempts to end US democracy and will be massively empowered in a second term
You're projecting. You're ginning up elaborate rationales for supporting a genocidaire. You're not making any case for Biden. You're further alienating people by denying economic realities and failures of his administration.
