The Falcon rocket exited development for its first commercial deployment in 2012 and the success of this program is basically the only reason why everyone assumes this idiotic superheavy Starship program will work eventually. It's pure faith completely detached from engineering or design principles

...then the camera designed to always have a (relatively) warm planetary surface filling the entire field of view has to take a picture of a very distant, cold object. The planning & processing s/w makes assumptions about what kind of pictures HiRISE takes and how MRO moves, so some is done by hand.

Good news, according to dataminers looking at random stuff left in Dota 2, CS2 and Deadlock updates Valve is doing something involving Team Fortress in the Source 2 engine. Too early to tell what yet it’s mostly getting tools set up to port stuff from Source 2.
