We have spent trillions to posture against Russia over the years.

Now we have a chance to send them into the ash heap of history by supporting Ukraine.

It’s a good deal, unless you want Russia to win, in which case god help you

The idea is that Ukraine should trust Russia enough to make peace but the same people who push Ukraine to trust Russia are not willing to deploy troops to Ukraine to protect the peace, because they don't trust Russia.

The Russian economy is on its last legs /by the admission of their own central bank./ Their country is falling apart. Fucking get it together. Fuck Trump's negotiations, fuck negotiations altogether. Their state will break. We literally just need another year, maybe another two.

A set of countries hates us; another is bewildered/dismayed/horrified; a third group is laughing at us; and the last group is working the angles to fleece us by flattering the weak-minded senile dope who occasionally shows up at the White House to sign stuff. NOBODY respects us.

You allow Russia to invade one country, you invite Russia to invade the next country.

You allow Russia to shoot down one passenger plane, you invite Russia to shoot down the next passenger plane.

You allow Russia to cut one undersea cable, you invite Russia to cut more undersea cables.

If you reject 100 percent of conspiracies, you will be right 99 percent of the time . If you believe them all, you will be right 1 percent of the time.
