There's a larger point to be made here that NBA franchises are mostly separated into those who build around cornerstones and those who sign the final pieces first, resulting in the walls caving in. Naz Reid is a finishing piece. bsky.app/profile/seth...
I know he’s a fan icon, but Minnesota re-signing Reid to a big 3+ year deal this offseason would be pretty solid proof that the org doesn’t understand team building on a fundamental level.

I will never understand people who complain about bowl games. You're mad ESPN is showing a CFB game at 11am on a Monday a couple days before Christmas? You'd rather be watching Stephan A yell at someone about the Cowboys and LeBron? Don't worry, I'm sure he'll be back soon. You'll be ok.

A really good point by Greg Olsen even if it didn't come out clear. Putting a team down 6 forces you to take their best offense four times and can still beat you with one drive, whereas down 3 the lure of the tie affects the playcalling. And down 10 effectively is gg.
