The actor Michael Sheen used all his money to start a fake debt collecting business, buy 900 people in Wales's debt, and excused it. If Musk bought ALL $194 billion in medical debt in the U.S. and excused it in the same way, he'd still be the world's riches man by hundreds of billions of dollars.

This is Cody. He's always wanted a dog of his own, and his wish finally came true. Can already tell his new little brother Cooper is going to be his best friend forever. 13/10 for both (TT: codythegoldenboy)

Great little thread!
The latest Cloudflare and Amazon outages have got me thinking about utilities. We can't build modern software without dependencies. The days of running entirely on the client are over, which I see as a good thing. The cost is that we rely on infrastructure.

The free speech activist who built a list of professors he worked to get fired for their speech must be celebrated for his support of free speech, and anyone who quotes his speech accurately in context will be fired and/or face state punishment by the champions of free speech, do I have that right?

THIS!!! Mainstream media continues to fail the public every chance they get. It’s not that hard 🥴
Welker should have pointed out that revisions are REQUIRED by law and Hassett knows that. Every job report is revised 2x as additional payroll data comes in. Every single one for decades.

By 2030, 1 in 4 women in developed countries will remain childfree.

Up to 45% will be single by choice.

Society will frame this as a crisis.
Governments will panic over birth rates.
This is about choice though…

It's about women walking away from the roles that kept men comfortable and powerful.

Be concise and direct. Simple message and hammer over and over! Ready for Dems to be offensive and loud…stop letting R’s get away with all this nonsense that distracts everyone!!!
Want a great slogan for midterms?
"If you FAFO and are struggling because of Trump policies, we understand. The Dems are here for you. Tell us how we can help you "

You get the point.

FAFO will be the theme. Be the solution.

Jimmy Carter in 2015 on the role of money in American politics: "It violates the essence of what made America a great country in its political system. Now it’s just an oligarchy, with unlimited political bribery."

Spot on.
