I was already not reading Apple Podcast reviews or Spotify comments, but now I’m extra not. People are mad transphobic!
Even though the remarks don’t hurt me as much as I want them to, it’s still a bad time to know that people WANT to hurt you.

If you’re a closeted trans person who feels trapped and living in fear that you’ll never be able to breathe as yourself:

I won’t tell you to come out, that’s not my place. I will say that if you think you lack the strength, taking that step will make you stronger.

When I was in the closet it was very easy to come up with something to say about Trans Day of Remembrance. Now, I celebrate my own birthday on a day dedicated to the fallen. IT feels sacred.

part of what’s beautiful about being trans *is* all the work it takes. like yes hormones are magic we all know this, but a big part of that is making you wanna invest in yourself, figure out how to do makeup, how to dress yourself, how to make your voice sound like you want. it makes you wanna try

Every morning when I sit down at my desk to work, Gretta the Cat hops up and rubs on everything until I pick her up and hold her like a football for a few minutes.
I adopted her seven years ago today and it was one of the best decisions I've ever made.

This is a nuts story. An AI chatbot and image platform left millions of images exposed. They show what people are actually using the AI for: taking random women's yearbook, graduation, and social media photos and making super realistic hardcore porn with them
