Part one of new and important research out on RSF killings in #Sudan. DM me if you want an embargoed copy of @hrw.org part two to this research on RSF commission of widespread sexual violence, including sexual slavery.
The Rapid Support Forces killed scores of civilians, and injured, raped, and abducted many others in Habila & Fayu, two towns in South Kordofan state, #Sudan. New report documents abuses against mainly ethnic Nuba residents, which had not been widely reported previously.

A bloody 24hrs in Sudan.

From SAF airstrikes in Kabkabiya (dozens killed; some estimates put death toll at 85) & Khartoum (27 killed)

to RSF bombings in Omdurman (at least 40 killed) & Zamzam IDP Camp (at least 8 killed)

Civilians remain the primary victims.

In Sudan, families are suffering from a severe lack of access to water, food, and basic necessities, caught in the middle of violence, and deep uncertainty. While the world shares curated playlists and festive moments, millions are fighting just to survive.

Excellent blog from a family doctor in Canada who primarily serves marginalized communities. She outlines multiple examples of death via MAiD that were questionable (at best)

NHS Dentistry model?
1990s just 6% of Dentists were private providers (mainly London) now it’s 70%

NHS GP contract needs massive funding increase as it’s been cut 20% in 8yrs

UK already seeing increasing adverts for Private GP appts £50-£100

#NHS GPs get £115/yr/patient for everything

If I charged 100 quid per patient contact I would be easily getting 3000 quid a day

In 2 days I would have made more than a month's salary 👍

I don't even know what to say anymore. Every single person in this photo was forced from their home under threat of violence. Every single person in this photo is sick and underfed, without adequate access to healthcare or clean water. None of them have had a full night's sleep since November 2023.
Israel is systematically clearing the people from Northern Gaza, currently in Beit Lahia. They are destroying everything that can sustain life, to serve two purposes: to kill/ethnically cleanse Palestinians, and to clear the land for upcoming settlements.

THIS IS GENOCIDE

A similar fate befell Ardamata, West Darfur, which saw RSF kill about 1,300 unarmed people after capturing a nearby army garrison back in November 2023.

It remains one of the most horrifying crimes of this war. And yet, we could see larger number targeted across ethnic lines in Zamzam
