Tammy Duckworth BARELY holds back her naked (justified) contempt in this clapback and the whole thing is 🤌🏼
Duckworth to Hegseth: "You are blowing through money like my fellow cadets and I did in our first liberty after basic camp. Luckily I didn't end up with a questionable tattoo ... you're just an unqualified yes man who can't tell the president how to keep Americans safe."

Such a touching moment: Rep. Jim Clyburn held Rep. Brittany Pettersen’s baby during a press conference on gun violence prevention.

A memory to cherish, ‘I can’t wait to tell him one day that Rep. Clyburn was holding him.’ 🥹🧿💙🍼🙌🏽

Russia has abducted thousands of Ukrainian children, plunging families into every parent's worst nightmare.

Now, Trump funding cuts threaten to close a Yale center that helps identify these children and bring them home.

In addition to the National Guard that were not needed... the Marines are now coming to #LosAngeles. Make no mistake... this is a test case for ignoring the sovereignty of blue states and practicing for #martial_law. Stay peaceful but use your voice.

The administration gets closer to using the military to crush civilian dissent. Expect deaths, disappearances, and lawless detentions.
Tom Homan: We are making Los Angeles safer. Mayor Bass should be thanking us. She says they are going to mobilize—guess what? We are already mobilizing. We are going to bring the National Guard in tonight

In NC, @davidjoy.bsky.social powerfully explains why it’s wrong to remove a “compromise plaque” without public input, and why revering the confederacy is offensive.

Joel Webbon isn’t preaching - he’s projecting. This is what happens when fragile men get ghosted too many times and find God in their resentment. “Be quiet or be alone” is the mating call of a man no woman with self-respect would ever consider fucking.

Cannot be stated enough that Donald Trump sued “60 Minutes” based on the false claim that they didn’t publish a problematic answer Kamala Harris gave to a question about Israel.

Of course, the truth is they DID publish the answer and the answer was also totally fine.

Textbook frivolous lawsuit.
Jake Tapper: "One 60 Minutes source tells me, 'The lawsuit was baseless. Bill Owens wouldn't apologize. He wouldn't bend. He fought for the broadcast and for independent journalism and that cost him his job. It's shameful.'"

This is the beginning of an American policy of state terror, and it has to be identified as such to be stopped"

A day after Russia committed war crimes in Ukraine, and Trump is again attacking Zelenskyy – sounding indistinguishable from a commentator on Russian state TV.

And repeating the Kremlin lie that Ukraine started this war.

Trump casts shame on himself and our country.
Trump has fully turned on Zelenskyy: "He's always looking to purchase missiles. Listen, when you start a war, you gotta know you can win a war. You don't start a war against somebody that's 20 times your size and then hope that people give you some missiles."

Closely inspecting the list of tariffs/countries posted by the White House, Trump did not put tariffs on Russia. Ukraine's tariff is 10%, the EU's is 20%, and every American ally is on the list. But not Russia.
