150,000 aged 90 and above wait 12 hours in England’s A&Es each year.

Older people left in excrement, wet beds, denied pain relief, forced to watch/hear other patients die.

NHS money pilfered by PFI and privatisation

But ... Govts have fiscal rules and don't want to tax the rich.

My friend Mark Mardell was chucked off his Turkish Airlines flight at the weekend because he had Parkinson’s and his son had asked for assistance for him. (He’s written about it as a public post on Facebook but the link is proving hard to share outside,)

We've been running a play street in Cardiff for 7 years. The Council used one of our event photos to encourage more play streets in the city. Here's a few of the Facebook responses. Never fail to be stunned at the vehemence of opposition to kids playing on their own streets.

I salute you.
Fuck me rigid. I’m 80, 21 years service as a Magistrate, 43 as a teacher, passed the driving test 61 years ago and no points on licence, zero criminal record. It seems now that I’m a terrorist for supporting Palestine and making my opinion known. This is England. Mother of Free Speech.

MPs in a Labour government stuff their faces with fancy food, subsidised by our taxes, when they are hellbent on taking money from our poorest and most disadvantaged. They are Tories in all but name. It's shameful.
A MP is on a salary of £91,346
You’ve probably seen this menu before from the House of Commons dining room 👇 of heavily subsidised food.

Any MP in that privileged position who votes to reduce the living standards of disabled people is a disgrace.

Brave leadership gets results. Trying to please everyone is a tactic that is doomed to failure.
Air pollution has dropped significantly in #Paris in the last 15 years. Mayor @annehidalgo.bsky.social’s leadership has traded car space for green space, safe bike space, kid space.. and traded pollution for people.

Good trade.
