The thing about the "I voted against this" position Schumer is taking is that either he is trying to mislead Dem voters by implying he didn't support reopening right now, or he has no control over his caucus.

At the TIME100 AI celebration last night, Natasha Lyonne stood in front of the emperors of AI and challenged them to their face. Doing that takes guts. And I’m incredibly honored that she cited my work as well.

Thank you for speaking truth to power, Natasha. 🙏

As part of their plan to GUT the science mission at NASA, Trump and Musk want to cancel the Nancy Grace Roman Space Telescope — a critical project that is on time, under budget, and nearly finished.

They want to flush those taxpayer dollars down the drain. How is THAT efficient?

I know that this is probably the last thing on Mr. Garcia's mind, but @kenwhite.bsky.social are chyrons like this (and other characterizations of him as a violent criminal despite all evidence to the contrary) grounds for a defamation suit?
Kilmar Abrego Garcia has never been charged or convicted of any crime.

Let’s see if Chuck Schumer can redeem himself. He should announce that Senate Ds will use every tool of the minority to block action on bills and confirmations unless and until Rs have Public and Private hearings on the reckless security breach and demand accountability and action.

This corruption poses a real threat to the people of the city. He should have resigned a while ago, but will not. So it’s time for him to go.
