If someone who doesn’t know Jesus, determines you must use Jesus the Christ’s name to celebrate a birth which did not happen on Dec 25, nor did it include fertility tree’s, nor did he proclaim it SHOULD be celebrated, especially not consumeristically, I’d say that’s taking Christ's name in vain, no?
