Got to sit in on a few minutes of 11’s therapy session today. He was worried if he slipped and called me the wrong name that I’d cut him out of my life. He’s relieved to know that isn’t the case. Big 🩷 and an even bigger worrier, it seems. So brave to mention it! He doesn’t get his bravery from me.

Last week at a parent-teacher conference, my ex, who has known for so many months about my transition, referred to me as “his dad” and my gosh did that hurt. Although, now that I think about it, it does make me feel fan-fucking-tastic that she is my EX. 🖕🏼
