Some of the Soviet graffiti (mostly in Cyrillic) was preserved after it was found behind drywalls from an earlier renovation and is on display, e.g. in the hall on the northern side of the Reichstag building. Usually you can find names, ranks and birthplaces - indecent comments were removed.

Today is National Nebraska Day. Named in honor of the Cornhusker State, the Virginia-class pre-dreadnought battleship USS Nebraska (BB-14) had one of the most unusual camouflage schemes ever applied to a U.S. Navy ship.

The best camera is not the one you have with you, it's the expensive one you've recently learned about and if you just bought it, your photography would *definitely* go to the next level.

These remain some of my favourite Polaroids - I just loved using expired 669 peel apart film, there was a sweet spot when it gave interesting but solid results and still didn’t cost an arm and a leg.
We move on though.
