Absolutely bloody delighted to be here.
Today I learned this!
RIP Tom Stoppard who did so much incredible work, not least writing every single line of dialogue in Indiana Jones & The Last Crusade.

What a read.
A Sharon Begley byline, almost 5 years after her death.

Upon hearing the news James Watson had died, a STAT reporter said in our Slack, "I wish I could read what Sharon would have written."

Incredible news: Sharon in fact did pre-write a Watson obit. And it is masterful and excoriating.

James Watson, dead at 97, was a scientific legend and a pariah among his peers

Sleeping Beauty at The Broadway Theatre Catford is "a proper family panto that offers something for every generation. A must see for Lewisham locals."

This is true! A fab panto, bravo 👏
I know there are incredible productions of the Tempest and Macbeth running in London right now, but Catford panto is where it's at.

I am so delighted that #duvetknowitschristmas has made its way here, I want to do my bit to add to the fun. We don’t have guests this year, but last year my BIL came to stay so my preteen son was relegated to an air mattress in his baby sister’s room of rainbow chaos.

Every Christmas I seem to hear one particular Christmas song as if for the first time and become obsessed. Last year it was 2,000 Miles. This year it’s Carol of the Bells. SO GOOD.

LOL of the day
The bacon-faced blunderbuss got as tight as a boiled owl and then he wouldn’t keep his daddles off my cupid’s kettle drums so I called the mutton shunters and now that dab’s in quod. What a muff! Bitch some more scandal water, my chuckaboo, and I’ll tell you more.

Have tried on numerous occasions to get through a #CormacMcCarthy novel and failed repeatedly. Absolutely delighted that I don’t have to bother trying ever again!
