The Department of Homeland Security put out a list of “sanctuary jurisdictions” in VA, including Martinsville County, which doesn't even exist!
Per state law, there are no sanctuary cities or counties in VA. After I pointed that out, DHS deleted the list.

Judge Duggan has filed a motion to dismiss based on judicial immunity. Overseeing/keeping order in her courtroom is part of her official duties. A really interesting aspect is that immunity law forecloses examination of subjective motive, so it's irrelevant wh she wanted the feds not to arrest Ruiz.
