It looks like she is only taking questions from the MAGA crowd. How utterly shocking!

Karoline is such a liar. Herr Trump is not working on anything to benefit anyone other than himself, his family and corporations that are recording huge profits. I forgot to mention other rich people.

This is illegal, and yes this is the same guy who claimed he'd never heard of Project 2025. But there's a larger point to make here about public service. No one who wins elected office wins 100% of the vote. But everyone who holds public office represents 100% of their electorate.

Is an attempt at martial law next? An invasion of Mexico?

It's not for the workers, but the richest people and corporations.
Q: Do you think these tariffs are worth it?

It's a hard pass.
Two of our tech reporters tested out Sora, a smartphone app made by OpenAI that lets people create videos entirely from A.I. “It is, in effect, a social network in disguise; a clone of TikTok down to its user interface, algorithmic video suggestions and ability to follow and interact with friends.”

Laughable.
President Trump has determined the U.S. is in “armed conflict” with drug cartels who are distributing narcotics, following multiple strikes against what the administration has claimed are Venezuelan boats in international waters.

Remember that this is what the Trump-Republican big, ugly bill was all about. It's Robin Hood in reverse.

Why would any Democrat vote for a continuing resolution that greenlights this regime's cruelty?

According to him, he's the president he can do whatever he wants to do.
It's becoming difficult to hide that a major purpose of the Trump administration is siphoning tax revenues from Blue states and redirecting them into subsidies for Red states. At what point does this become intolerable?
Next move from OMB - canceling $8 billion in clean energy funds. You will note, all of the projects are in states led by Democrats

I would advise protesters not to obscure their faces or come armed. That would completely escalate things.

You're right, but homeless people aren't donating millions to political parties. They have no voice and are easy targets. It is indeed a shame.

He's right, but I wouldn't be surprised if her city is on Herr Trump's 'naughty list'.
Don't sleep on Michelle Wu, one of this country's most quietly effective climate leaders, cruising to a second term in Boston. It's telling that business interests tried and failed to stop her and are pouting about it now

Free lunches for the richest percentage of the country and the most profitable corporations while everyone else has to pay for overpriced lunches. That's basically what's going on here. The lack of empathy is mind-blowing.

Trump calling Comey and other 'enemies' corrupt is laughable. He accepted a plane as a gift and claimed it wasn't a conflict of interest. If the system wasn't rigged before, it's definitely rigged now. Is the raised fist his salute? I'm just wondering.

Trump told on himself. He thinks because he won the election -and according to him it was a landslide - that people want him to do everything he's doing. In his UN speech, he spewed nothing but lies.
Attempting to rig elections on his behalf.

Turning the military on citizens.

Toying with the idea of declaring martial law.

Attacking political enemies and punishing those who speak out against his regime.

If this were happening in another country, what would you call it?

MAGA people are all about themselves: the picture of unrelenting greed.
We’re days from a shutdown, and the GOP is refusing to negotiate, canceling votes, & playing political games with American lives.

Meanwhile, the President is giving dangerous & unhinged speeches at the UN—sabotaging our global standing.

We need our leaders to stand up & protect our communities.
