Trump's Transportation Secretary on how to improve air travel:

"People dress up like they're going to bed when they fly... We want to push people as we come into a really busy travel season, help people out, be in a good mood, dress up"

Buzz Grambo? Did George Lucas name this guy
After 20 years in the Navy, Buzz Grambo thought he'd spend his retirement playing video games and watching baseball. Instead, he patrols the streets of Baltimore to protect his neighbors from ICE. He even upgraded his scooter to a Segway that reaches 26 mph to keep up with the agents. My latest:
Meet the veteran who chases ICE on a scooter
Clifford “Buzz” Grambo patrols the streets of Baltimore to keep his neighbors safe—and make federal agents uncomfortable.

This is so funny. In Craig’s Casino Royale, he’s a brand new double O agent on his first big assignment. M, when briefing him on the mission, references 9/11
James Bond’s death in No Time to Die is causing a nightmare for the next film. Writers are stuck because Bond “was blown to pieces.”

Anthony Horowitz, author of three 007 novels, says:

“You can't have him wake up in shower and saying it was all a dream."

The worst of the worst have steady jobs they reliably show up for
VARNEY: Do you think it's gonna be politically ok to pick people up in the workplace, they may have been here for a few years, then you stick them in the Alcatraz in the Everglades? You think that's politically popular?

McLAUGHLIN: We're focused on getting the worst of the worst out of this country

Mamdani panic feels very similar to Obama panic 2008. Conservatives (and before them centrist dems) were screaming about sharia law, Hezbollah fist jabs, just completely insane stuff. And the more racist paranoid shit they said, the more it came across as deranged. The voters could tell.

This is… an improvement from how dems usually communicate
I'm going to try and communicate with my Republican colleagues in a new way.

This shit is so exhausting
Former Supreme Court Justice Anthony Kennedy warned that hostile political discourse and threats to judges are damaging the ability of the US to serve as an example of democracy worldwide.

“Democracy is at risk. Freedom is at risk, ” said Kennedy.

Donald Trump, The women non-demeanor
Trump wraps his speech on the big bill: "Schumer - our great Palestinian senator. He's changed. He used to like Jewish people, now he's totally against Jewish people. Try the weightlifting numbers some day if you want to see big differences. In a million years women will never catch these numbers"
June 26, 2025 at 9:15 PM
Tiresome & predictable to see Mamdani neighborhoods called communist contrasted with years worth of euphemism for racist comments from Trump and Trump surrogates, ie “racially charged”
Just the NYT calling the areas where Mamdani most won votes - "The Commie Corner"

The energy of absolutely pathetic people
Trump on Pete Hegseth: "Secretary of War. It used to be called secretary of war. Maybe for a couple weeks we'll call it that, because we feel like warriors. It used to be called secretary of war ... then we became politically correct ... maybe we'll have to start thinking about changing it."

The thing about this clip is Trump isn’t funny *that* way, he’s never said anything so funny to knock someone over, comedy requires intelligence. Trumps humor is people laughing AT him. It makes me wonder what he said that Epstein felt compelled to guffaw so loudly
Yeah, little buddy, the Democrats definitely want to protect Jeffrey Epstein and all his pals. Brilliant as always.

Love how my senator has essentially become a reporter
President Trump and his allies are openly intimidating judges—and Republican Senators are enabling it.

They’d rather defend a bully than defend judges, the law, and democracy.
