These are corporate dems. They serve the people who pay them, and the donors pay them millions for their services.
It's typical for a Chuck Schumer led Senate minority. Capitulation and cowardice are stamped into his leadership resume, even when he enjoyed a majority. It's like he and others have always covertly betrayed their party and conspired with Maga. I never trusted them.
