The Trump admin just spent DAYS attacking Judge Murphy for supposedly endangering some poor little ICE officers in Djibouti.
He is clearly quite angry at them for this, and spends a page and a half emphasizing that the entire idea was THEIRS, and he went out of his way to accommodate them.

that having immigration proceedings on another continent is harder and more logistically

convert their foreign military base into an immigration facility; it only left that as an option, again, at Defendants' request. The other option, of course, has always been to simply return to the status

So is contempt of court still a thing, or nah? Because if this — and other cases involving this lawless administration's stiff arming of judges over its kidnapping and disappearing of immigrants — isn't contempt of court, I don't know what is.
