Does understanding how something works diminish its capacity to move us? Between medical scans, we prayed, and healing came. The sceptic in me knows about unconscious pattern recognition. The believer has felt something larger. Here's what I'm learning: I don't have to choose between faith and reason.

Updated to macOS Tahoe last night and after a day of work, Microsoft Word crashed out, but while doing so made my iMac speakers sound as if I was receiving a text? I don't know how I came to be but the simultaneous shock and nostalgia was offputting.

Looking at new password manager options. I was using Dropbox Password, but that's shutting down. They're recommending 1password but I'm open to alternatives, OR I could just lean into Apple's built-in password manager.
