I feel the whole concept is a misunderstanding. It's just UI design!
When a user takes an action, the UI should signal what the result of that action is. The more signals it can give (visuals, sounds, haptics) the higher chance the user will notice and understand with minimum effort what happened.

Likely an unpopular opinion, but: I have a feeling "game juice", rather than being a synonym to "game feel", is just something a youtube tutorial tells you to add to your game, rather than being something that would neccessarily make your game feel any better.
