Humans are less involved, but their involvement becomes more critical. I usually tell people that the second biggest evil these companies commit is absorbing all competition for the sake creating a monopoly on the services they supply which makes boycotting extremely difficult but thankfully investor capital has turned most of these stable business into Jenga towers
