Sarah and I wrote a script for an episode with Matt Groening that was rejected, and I remember saying (as a joke) that Mike Lazzo killed it because we were mean to Groening and Lazzo was being a suckup. I have no idea if that's where the Suckup ep title came from. Or what I said on the commentary.
@evandorkin.bsky.social Evan, on a couple of the Space Ghost audio commentaries, you mention the "Suckup" episode, but your names are not listed in the credits. Did you and Sarah initially write that episode and then the rewrites put you under "Alan Laddie" pseudonym?

You can’t expect your child to advocate for themselves if they’re not allowed to practice with you. If everything is “talking back” when are they supposed to learn to speak up? Same goes for setting boundaries. Y’all want to raise independent children but handicap them in the process.

FYI: I will be at the New Dorp Comic Con at New Dorp High School in Staten Island this May 10th. I'm going to be doing a panel (on what, I don't know) and will be signing stuff and meeting whoever comes by the table. I probably won't have much to sell but I'll bring paper/index cards to do sketches.
