If Grayson makes 23 starts and throws 129 IP at anything near his career level then the Orioles lost the trade on year 1 and Elias deserves to be ridiculed.
Here's a look at the Angels' pitching depth after acquiring Grayson Rodriguez. Despite the injury history, I think my current projection (129 IP/23 GS) is reasonable for a 26-year-old who expects to be ready for Spring Training.
