My mom owned a nursery school. Beginning at age 10, I cooked dinner for my family and made several of the side dishes at Thanksgiving. For the last 60+ years the recipes have evolved. Thanksgiving is my favorite holiday. Yesterday I learned my kids aren’t coming any more. I had a good cry.
