I recently saw a dietitian recommend Taco Bell’s Cantina Chicken Bowl as a healthy option. You can’t add some veggies to an ultraprocessed product and call it good for you. This is the type of rhetoric that misled me when I was younger.

They even worshipped Liz Truss!
