Rest in power Mario Joseph who modeled what it is to be a human rights advocate and movement lawyer. My heart goes out to his family and colleagues at @ijdh.bsky.social and the BAI. May we honor his legacy through ongoing struggle in solidarity with working people in Haiti and around the world.

🚨ALERT 🚨ICE activity has been reported in Adams Morgan: this morning (3/26) HSI agents showed up at H.D. Cooke Elementary School and tried to detain a school employee as they got out of the car. The agents did not show a warrant and other employees managed to intervene and prevent the arrest. 1/
