Mark Kelly: Pete Hegseth runs around on stage talking about lethality and the warrior ethos. That’s not the message that should be coming from the Secretary of Defense. He runs around on a stage like he’s a 12 year old playing army. It’s embarrassing.

For years we thought racist appeals had to have a veneer of deniability so their intended targets could convince themselves they aren't racist. Not anymore.

This is what a nakedly white supremacist administration looks like.

This World AIDS Day, we mourn the hundreds of thousands of Americans lost to HIV/AIDS and stand with those living with the diagnosis today.

Even with all the Epstein talk on the news, we really aren’t talking enough about the significance of the scandal.

It’s not just the Republicans. The major donors for both political parties and at least one president from each party are directly connected to Jeffrey Epstein.

In Trump’s 2nd term the margins are now the center & the dog whistle has been replaced by a blowhorn. As his admin steps up a sweeping campaign of mass detention & deportations, Trump & his allies routinely cast certain populations of migrants as belonging to cultures incompatible with the [US]. WP

My law firm is currently litigating 11 redistricting cases in 10 states. We are also litigating an additional 54 voting and election cases in 27 states.

This is as many cases as we typically handle going into the final months of the election. 2026 will almost certain be a record breaking year.

Every corporation.
Every Republican.
Every influencer.
Every Governor.
Every evangelical leader.
Every voter. Yes. Every voter.
