We’ve put all the dates into a timeline & it’s incredibly revealing.

Like gov't interfering with evidence is no longer a big deal. But something something briefing war. It was never about holding gov't to account and always about attempting to destabilise THIS gov't.

What deserves investigation, in my view, is WTF has happened to the Times under Gallagher.

Still can't believe we now have two national political parties represented in parliament who have the National Front's mass deportation as one of their flagship policies.

Apropos of nothing, I really do think UK journalists and politicians need some reminding that mass deportation of LEGAL immigrants, particularly those with permanent status, is far more extreme than even Trump's America and would basically place Britain completely on its own among democracies.

In the UK, we are only ever one general election away from a Trump style rollback of equality legislation & mass deportation of migrants.

You might hear our justice system, constitution, and separation of powers makes us safe.

Well, that's what they said about Trump's US

Hideous.
A mainstream “journalist” calling for a British MP to be deported. Is it because I’m Muslim? Next time, just say it with your chest.

The Mail making it quite clear this week that it hasn't shifted an inch from the days when - alongside many members of the Tory establishment & thousands of 'ordinary people' with 'legitimate concerns' - it came out in full support of Oswald Moseley & his fascist Blackshirts. Owner, editor or both?

Danny Kruger has expressed increasingly far right views in recent years, and especially has publicly subscribed to far right conspiracy theories about the WEF 'world govt', so his jumping ship to Reform should not surprise anyone.

His partner in crime Miriam Cates.

Easy to see why unemployed ex Tory MPs like Caulfield find Reform attractive.

Expect to see the likes of Gullis, that racist who used to represent Ipswich, & several of the other far right Tory racists, who lost their seats last year, jump on the Farage bandwagon in the coming weeks.

"If you've had enough of politicians, if you don't trust Westminster, join us."

What a revolting, cynical statement for a man who was an MP of the party that ruled for 14 years until five minutes ago - and David Cameron's speech writer before that.

What contempt for voters. ~AA

Yesterday, the largest far-right protest in UK history marched through London, led by racist Tommy Robinson.

Today, we say: They don’t speak for us — and they won’t have the last word.

This Wednesday we come together against Trump and for a better future. Do everything to be there.

This is great stuff - a rallying cry.

We do not want, and will not accept, Trump's fascism here.

JFC some of the analysis on Newsnight is laughable. There are two or three people in there using "Blue Labour" and "Blairite" interchangeably. Those two factions are miles apart on a whole host of issues. This is the uneasiest of truces between the two.

You have to keep pointing out this ridiculous, obvious, weapons grade absurdity, moral corruption & hypocrisy. Even - no, *especially* - when you’re wondering whether it’s even worth it anymore…

It’s *always* worth it.

They're now going backwards (-2pts on latest YouGov poll, compared to a week ago). And I bet, once JC's party is in the mix, they will lose another couple of points.
