I, like other guests finish motel breakfast, put plates on a designated table, then wipe down table before leaving. The less you make the staff work, the faster everyone eats.

Desi family put their plates away, but left their table full of crumbs, torn sachets etc. Shameful.

Biden's Covid strategy has been to spread misinformation to minimize Covid, get people back to work & ignore Long Covid. Instead of helping the economy as planned, this strategy has harmed the economy along with harming many people.

You deserve a licensed physician. Private equity, and corporate clinics are trying hard to make sure that you don't even know when that's not what you're getting at your visit, whether it be walk-in urgent care, or named respected university. It is o k to ask. "Are you a Dr.?" MedSky

Lots of reasons not to feed pets raw food. Here’s one more. Note that it was frozen—freezing does not reliably kill bacteria and viruses!

It’s funny because a couple of weeks ago I speculated that birds get so sick that infected poultry in the food supply was unlikely.

I was wrong.
Testing confirmed a house cat in Washington County contracted H5N1 and died after consuming the raw frozen pet food. Tests confirmed a genetic match between the virus in the raw frozen pet food and the infected cat. 2/5

Broken healthcare system… and broken AI-generated imaging.

Apparently this combination leads to missing carpals and extra ulnae (or radii?)

Bonus lesson: poor AI training/implementation could make health systems worse…

Anemia happens frequently in our aSAH patients.

These patients are at risk for delayed cerebral ischemia and other neurologic insults

It would seem having adequate oxygen to the brain tissue would be a good thing to prevent such injury.

But how much hgb is adequate?
