You are allowed to take ownership of the way you feel. It isn’t wrong to have feelings.
I just want to say I'm tired of some people dismissing others who feel awful right now, saying "but that's just how they want you to feel!" Like okay, cool, well either way this IS overwhelming and it IS how we feel. Things are, for once, as bad as they sound, if not worse. Its ok to feel this way.
