The truth about Trump's economy:

-Inflation is still high, and beef and coffee prices are surging thanks to his tariffs
-Wage growth has slowed since he took office
-Unemployment is at a 4-year high

He's running the economy like he ran his businesses — straight into the ground.

Donald Trump should visit every congressional district.

He can talk about how he’s focused on renaming the Kennedy Center after himself, instead of stopping huge increases in healthcare costs, which he could easily do by extending ACA tax credits.

Today's abysmal jobs report is a reminder that tax cuts for corporations and the rich don’t create jobs or grow the economy.

What's required is investment in working people — and better wages.

When workers have money to spend, the economy grows and businesses create more jobs.

Remember this.

🚨After a federal funding lapse delayed release, the BLS jobs report shows payroll growth has been roughly flat since April 2025: November added 64,000 nonfarm payroll jobs, unemployment was 4.6%.

Tyson is shutting down its Lexington, Nebraska plant in January 2026. That’s 3,200 workers gone in one shot, the largest plant shutdown in company history.

Blame Trump’s tariff chaos and the lowest cattle inventories in decades. Tariffs jack up costs. Supply shrinks. Plants close. Towns hollow out.

The horrific tragedy at Brown University is the 389th mass shooting this year and the 230th gun incident on school grounds so far this year.

This is not normal and we don't have to live this way.

Every year since 1988, the United States has recognized World AIDS Day — until now.

Why not? Maybe because the Trump administration doesn’t want to acknowledge that its foreign aid cuts led to nearly 150,000 deaths from AIDS, according to Boston University researchers.

Shameful.

President Zelenskyy came to the White House, looking for help from his longstanding ally.

He was ambushed, humiliated and berated for not being grateful enough.

We will never see eye to eye with republicans on healthcare.

It’s because most of us believe healthcare should be a human right, affordable to anyone.

They see it as a profit-rich enterprise for big pharma and insurance.

This is why any solution they put forward is invariably a non-starter.
