I missed posting this earlier this week on this year’s #MichaelRosenDay The Sad Book means everything to me. This poem is my own story. I think Quentin Blake is a genius to catch this image so perfectly. Thank you for your exquisite words @michaelrosenyes.bsky.social #defeatmeningitis

One of my new favorite words,“Sonder”: the realization that each random passerby is living a life as vivid and complex as your own, with their own ambitions, friends, routines, worries, and inherited craziness. The awareness that everyone has a story.

Rach! You either have the most fantastic imagination or a future best selling memoir on the way! I love this. Tertiary education and syphilis. Clever! Love the presentation of this canter. No time to take breath. Something of a police report, slightly distancing yourself from these horrors. Superb🏆

Trump claims he didn’t sign the proclamation used to deport migrants under the Alien Enemies Act of 1798 — but his signature is right there in the Federal Register. So… who is signing these things? And is that even legal? And did he sign any of these executive orders either?

Americans are going hungry under Trump. Food banks across the country — already strained by deep cuts to locally grown food programs — the U.S. Department of Agriculture is canceling $500 million in expected food deliveries, further disrupting aid as demand continues to grow.

What a weekend!
Across the U.S., over 100,000 Americans mobilized — including more than 34,000 attendees at the Bernie/AOC rally, marking the biggest political event since Obama. Protests erupted in multiple states to defend Social Security, Tesla takedown protest gained momentum, and so much more!

We expected 2,000 people out in GOP-held Greeley, Colorado.

11,000 people showed up.

Something special is happening, folks. Now is the time to organize in every dimension possible and get to work.
