Some required credit cards, some didn’t
7 of those companies (28%!!) have only sent one email — to confirm my account
Then it’s been 🦗crickets🦗
I’m absolutely shook about this

Write emails for the users who are SO EXCITED to hear from you.

You are not entitled to anyone using your SaaS app.
Every single person must be convinced why they should sign up, care, and pay.
You have to convince them you solve a problem others don’t. And the only way you do that is with good marketing. So start learning.
