I just learned that the canonical list of “seven wonders of the ancient world” comes from the Octo Mundi Miracula, which, as you may be able to guess from the title, lists eight wonders.

I was reading about Lukas Kendall's work on the 1993 4-CD Star Wars soundtrack and did a double-take at Ford Thaxton's name. I knew Ford only as a supreme prat who trolled JMS on rec.arts.sf.tv.babylon5 and led to the creation of the moderated group. Apparently he sequenced the Star Wars Anthology!
