Merseyside Police say the man is white, British and from the Liverpool area. It is not clear if he is thought to be the driver.

Employers trying to fight the tide here… if you want people in the office imo it has to be the best office ever (as comfortable as a home one, with working tech and coffee etc) - and you should be flexible with start times, people with dependents, etc.
