2) Während Verhandlungen früher der Beendigung von Kampfhandlungen dienten, nutzt man sie heute, um Konflikte zu verlängern, den Gegner zu täuschen und internationalen Druck abzuschwächen. Die meisten Medien spielen dieses Spiel leider mit, statt es kritisch zu hinterfragen.
