Voting to rip health insurance away from millions of Americans is bad enough. Profiting off of millions of Americans losing their healthcare is disgraceful. We have to ban stock trading by members of Congress to eliminate this kind of behavior and restore trust in our government.

I don't know who needs to know this, but Pro Publica has an online thing that will format a letter to your US health insurance company to demand the records behind a claim denial. (which the insurance is then legally required to provide in most cases)

This is so deeply embarrassing. The grammar is atrocious and the random capitalization is giving me an agita. Aside from the whole our government trying to tell the Brazilian president how to run his country, of course.
The United States is seeking to steal the sovereignty of Brazil, there's really no other way to describe this. It's an effort to overthrow their domestic political institutions.

It’s a terrible bill. It will literally kill people. The most vulnerable among us will suffer as the wealthiest benefit. It’s perverse. I wish there were something I could do. But alas, I am only a U.S. Senator from Alaska whose “no” vote would kill the bill. So I voted yes. You get it.
