This was so well done! The #visionzero concept indeed was lost in the discussions over the reasons for bike lanes. Slowing down vehicular traffic! As a daily user of the Yonge bike lanes, I (anecdotally) confirm that the reduced speed is safer for all! Thanks @mbonsma.bsky.social

Here’s the thing — when a politician shows they can be bought & will sell out the public interest for their self-interest… and that they’ll easily lie when lives will be endangered & cities will be hurt…you know you can’t ever trust them.
