Choose. Love.
Jesus fucking Christ. COSTCO NEVER SOLD IT.

This is so idiotic. I can't.
Costco will not dispense a key abortion pill at its pharmacies, a long-awaited win for conservatives trying to limit access to medication abortion.

The company’s decision not to sell the pill is a victory for antiabortion advocates — but a narrow one.

We’ve bombed Iran. And dismantled our joint terrorism task force. And sent a third of the FBI to help ICE. And gutted the National Security Council. And a drunk guy is in charge at the pentagon. And our intelligence allies probably won’t share intel with us. Because people couldn’t vote for a woman.

You can’t say criminals don’t deserve due process when due process is the thing that decides if they're criminals. Otherwise you're just kidnapping people you don't like.

They want the unreviewable power to grab people and render them to a foreign gulag.
If the Supreme Court ultimately agrees with what the gov't is arguing today, that the President has broad Article II powers that would permit it to deport people & there can be no judicial review, then literally no one is safe.

If you let the executive deport people to a foreign gulag just by pronouncing the word “terrorism,” then expect to be called a “terrorist” soon yourself.

some helpful reminders:

-not all jews support israel
-criticizing israel is not the same as being antisemitic
-being pro-palestine does not equal being pro-hamas
-arresting someone for being pro-palestine is a violation of the first amendment
-violating someone’s first amendment rights is bad

Democrats, your job is not to be quieter because Al Green got dragged out. It's your job to get LOUDER.

ok friends. we kept seeing people on here be like "wow, democrats should go host town halls in republican districts". so we made this thing to try to make that easier.

find the 🔴 to your 🔵 or vice versa, and contact forms and call scripts for both:
Trump and Musk's path of destruction doesn't respect congressional district boundaries, and neither should you!
We have compiled a list of 🔴 districts next to 🔵 districts 👇

You can ask dems to hold town halls in neighboring GOP districts and give EVERYONE a voice

A thought.
Many of us are wondering why the Democrats are not taking a more vocal and hard stand?

Maybe they’re wondering why we’re not marching outside the GSA, protesting the hijacking of our private information and that of our government by a private citizen.

Maybe we all need to get moving.

Preach, AOC
I honestly believe our most powerful position in a toxic time that feeds on cynicism, apathy,& despair is to genuinely care and act for a better world.

Cynicism is our enemy. We should check it, incl. on the left. It’s not intellectually superior. It’s the virus they’re trying to infect us with. NO

With the terrible tragedy over the skies of D.C., it’s time to prioritize safety. Trump must end the hiring freeze on air traffic controllers and restore the aviation safety advisory committee he dismantled on Jan 22.

THIS, my clergy friends.

THIS IS THE POINT.
The "he's not gonna listen to her" reactions are missing many points. Lots of other people are also hearing it. Lots of people can see him hearing it, then weigh what she's said with what he'll do. Lots of people can see her refusal to surrender these ancient teachings to the latest face of empire
Rev. Mariann Edgar Budde to Trump: "I ask you to have mercy upon the people in our country who are scared now. There are gay, lesbian, and transgender people in Democratic, Republican, and independent families, some who fear for their lives ... and the vast majority of immigrants are not criminals"

Journalists Must Admit Musk Did the Nazi Salute.
In hedging their language and excusing their behavior, journalists are giving Elon Musk a benefit of the doubt he does not deserve.

Trump pardoned the January 6th domestic terrorists—his henchmen who he sent to the Capitol to attack our democracy. Nearly 200 police officers, many Veterans, were brutalized, some later died, and now Trump rewards their attackers.

This isn’t leadership—it’s a green light for more violence.
