Abolish ICE is not an absurdity statement. ICE was created in 2003 as a response to 9/11 - we do not need it. We already established that following orders isn't an excuse.

We're suing Trump for the second time over his unlawful orders to drill in protected areas of the Arctic and Atlantic.

We will always stand up for our environment and communities.

It's simple. Everyone in the US enjoys the protections of the Constitution - even visitors. So if someone commits a crime here, you give them due process here. You charge them here, try them here, and sentence them here. You don't deport them to an offshore torture prison.

If you don't like poverty, then support the one policy that can truly abolish it, which is unconditional universal basic income. Income for basic survival is a human right in a world where all the land once free is now owned. Income from work should be to obtain everything beyond basic survival.
Doctors call it the Physiology of Poverty:

The stress of trying to survive every day breaks the mind and the body.

That's why working class people in America live SEVEN years shorter than the very wealthy.

New from Rumeysa Ozturk's lawyer:

Rumeysa hasn't been accused of any crime & "DHS has not produced any evidence" that she did anything unlawful.

Rumeysa wasn't able to speak to her lawyer for 24+ hours & not until after she was in Louisiana — despite a court order that she not be moved from Mass.

Larger trials will be necessary to confirm the results from this very limited trial. But this is pretty exciting (breakthrough-level) stuff.

Clean energy is unequivocally cheaper for consumers — and a money-maker for society overall, just from the macroeconomic health-care savings of eliminating most air pollution, let alone from the benefits of halting global heating.

But is it profitable for capital? Discuss.
