Interesting - our brain thought processes slower than wifi? makes sense, the brain is doing multiple things and absorbing multiple bits of data from senses too.

Wi-fi is faster than your ‘ridiculously slow’ brain
Scientists have found that humans process about 10 bits per second, while the computers and phones we use every day process about 50 million per second

A couple people are like “she’s actually barely lost any net worth” and that’s kind of the point: you can do an incredible amount of stuff and give away billions of dollars and not even notice it and 95% of rich people won’t even do that because they’re nihilist assholes
The contrast really is striking isn’t it

My evenings are spent Capturing the Flag in my VR course across six challenges (I'm a newbie, be kind). The main point is to source exploits, identify the vulnerabilities and give mitigations in our group report and slide deck. Brain = 🤯.

The 24/7 'fatigue' in #mecfs isn't like anything healthy ppl experience. The mitochondria in our cells can't produce enough energy. We lack enough even for basic tasks like brushing our teeth or showering. If we try to push against these limits, our immune system flares, and we suffer mightily.
